Duke

Duke joined DysTech in 2020 and serves as a Senior Manager, overseeing all OCONUS programs. With a distinguished 15-year career in the Navy followed by 18 years of service managing and supporting federal contracts, Duke brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in corporate and contractual requirements. His experience managing large, complex military and family support programs, paired with his immersion in the intricacies of international operations, allows Duke to play a pivotal role in Business Development and Capture initiatives.

With over 33 years of experience delivering Military Human Resources solutions, including 14 years at Serco-North America, Duke excels in comprehensive project control, leading monthly financial reviews for senior corporate managers and providing invaluable assistance in project planning, execution, monitoring, control, and close-out. His 15 years' experience working with the HR Solutions Staff has made him extremely familiar with their TORs and proposal requirements, enhancing his effectiveness in project management and delivery.

Currently based in South Korea with his wife and youngest of three children, Duke is also a Pro-Am Dart Player, boasting numerous tournament victories in South Korea and the USA.
