Laxmi is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of success in the government contracting sector.  Leveraging over 20 years of experience in the federal contracting space, Laxmi identified a critical need for tailored solutions within government agencies.  In 1999, Laxmi founded DysTech with the vision of providing efficient, high-quality solutions that support the vital missions of government institutions. She currently oversees the Finance and HR departments at the firm. Under her leadership, DysTech has grown into a respected contractor, known for its commitment to excellence, integrity, and exceeding client expectations.
