DysTech's CoP: Benefits & Value
DysTech’s clients benefit from this in a number of ways. First, it helps us to better understand their needs. By providing a forum for our employees and SMEs to share their experiences and insights, the CoP helps us to better understand the unique challenges and opportunities faced by service members and military families. This allows us to develop more targeted and effective support programs and services. Second, it is a breeding ground for new ideas and solutions; by bringing together experts from different related requirements, we are able to develop new approaches and refine proven ones that are more effective and efficient than simply “continuing to do what has always been done”. Finally, the CoP ensures that our services are consistent and reliable, providing an enterprise-standard across our firm. In this way we ensure our service members and their families are receiving the same high quality, impactful support they deserve. The existence of this CoP demonstrates our commitment to quality and continual improvement, with a cadre of experts and specialists constantly looking for new ways to improve the lives of our military and their families. With this community of professionals in place, we are able to quickly and effectively learn about the specific needs of new requirements and develop tailored support programs and services. This proactive approach has resulted in curated programs that provide direct support to over 1 million service members and their family members each year.
